Bubby's Idea of Heaven

Here are some truths about Brady:

Truth#1 Brady loves John Deere
Truth#2 Brady's favorite color is John Deere green, not green. If you ask him he says, "John Deere Green."
Truth#3 Brady's favorite song is "John Deere Green" by Joe Diffe.
Truth#4 Brady can tell you the difference between a front loader, combine, backhoe, and tractor. Yes, he is only two.
Truth#5 Brady will watch John Deere footage on the internet for as long as you will let him.

As a result, Papa John took him to a local John Deere dealer.

While I was blogging this, it reminded me of a conversation I had with the kids a few weeks ago.

When I drive McKenna to school, we always pass a cemetary. A few weeks ago, McKenna asked me what it was,so I told her.

I said, "A cemetary is where your old body goes when you grow a new one to go to Heaven." This led to a discussion about what heaven is like. I told her that heaven is all of your favorite things all rolled up into one place.

McKenna decided that heaven was the pirate ride at Myrtle Beach. I asked Brady what he thought heaven was and he said, "Combines."
